HRS is building a total of five apartment buildings in Rolle (VD).
HRS Real Estate AG announces the completion of the shell construction work for the «Le Verger» project in Rolle (VD). The construction project is backed by the Association Le Verger, Maison d'accueil de la Science Chrétienne; HRS is acting as general contractor. Five residential buildings with a total of 58 units and an underground car park are being built on Chemin de la Prairie in Rolle.
The architectural planning was carried out by 7 Plan Sagl from Massagno, while the implementation was entrusted to Schopfer & Ruedin Architectes Sàrl from Rolle.
