Epic Suisse builds 43,000 m² near Lausanne with Implenia
Implenia is to construct the building, designed primarily for biopharma research, by 2025.
Epic Suisse AG has commissioned Implenia to build its "Pulse" development project in Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne. As general contractor, Implenia will build a complex with 43,000 m² of above-ground space as well as underground parking and storage areas by 2025. The building is designed for all industries, especially for research and production from the biopharma and life sciences sectors. The design complies with the Minergie standard and is to be certified according to Breeam. The site is located close to Lausanne. (aw)
