Property One: Daniel Kuster nominated for board mandate
The former Fundamenta boss is also to be involved in the company as part of an «extended collaboration».
Daniel Kuster is to be elected to the Board of Directors at Property One's next Annual General Meeting. Kuster will also contribute to the real estate company as part of an «extended collaboration», it is reported.
Among other things, Kuster was CEO of Fundamenta Group (Switzerland) AG for many years and managing director of a real estate investment foundation. Today, he is an independent member of the Board of Directors, a member of the Board of Trustees and a strategy consultant. At Property One, he will «actively shape the strategic development of the Group and its operational implementation», according to the company.
The election of Daniel Kuster to the Board of Directors is planned for the Annual General Meeting in April and is subject to the approval of Finma.
