Müller Schuhmacher reorganizes management
The Winterthur-based real estate and trust company has a new CEO and a new Chairman of the Board of Directors and is reorganizing the management of its divisions.
The Winterthur-based real estate and trust company Müller Schuhmacher has announced changes to its management team. Dominic Schuhmacher is the new CEO, while Daniela Steiner takes over as Head of Real Estate Management. Christian Furrer will continue to be responsible for the fiduciary division, while Michael Zeugin will take over as Chairman of the Board of Directors in addition to the marketing division. The Finance, HR, Communications and Projects divisions are now bundled in the Corporate Center, headed by Christine Müller.
The company was founded in 1987 and, with over 30 employees, offers services in the areas of real estate management, sales, construction planning and fiduciary services. According to Müller Schuhmacher, it is the market leader in the Winterthur region in the area of condominiums.
«The new structure makes us more agile, creates clear responsibilities and strengthens our specialization,» says Michael Zeugin.
