Terresta expands its management team

The heads of the property management, portfolio management and facility management departments are now represented on the operational management committee of the Winterthur-based real estate company.

The Winterthur-based real estate company Terresta is reorganizing its management: in addition to the Development and Construction and Property Management departments, Portfolio and Facility Management will also be represented on the Executive Board in future. In addition to the Managing Director Claudia Siegle and the Head of Development and Construction, Claudia Suter, the new members of the operational management body are: Vera Zubek, Head of Property Management, Christian Felker, Head of Portfolio Management, and Fabrice Schoch, Head of Facility Management.

Terresta manages, maintains and develops the 200 properties of the Foundation for Art, Culture and History (SKKG) and has 70 employees. The company has major construction projects in the pipeline over the next few years: A total of 400 occupied apartments are to be renovated in Winterthur by 2030, 160 new apartments are to be built and 25 unoccupied apartments are to be renovated. There will also be new buildings in Bülach and Zurich as well as the renovation of two castles in Grandson and Seengen. (aw)
