Property One: Ramon Kälin appointed partner
Kälin has been COO and part of the company's management for two years.
Ramon J. Kälin will join the circle of co-owners and partners as COO of Property One after just over two years on the management board. Since joining the company in September 2023, he has helped to «set the course for the future of Property One», according to the company. His areas of responsibility included in particular «the establishment of a group-wide people & culture strategy, the modernization of the IT and collaboration environment as well as general business development topics». He also initiated the establishment of the Pfäffikon (SZ) site as an additional hub alongside Zurich and Zug.
Kälin holds an MAS ZFH in Real Estate Management. He is a federally certified real estate trustee and also serves as Vice President of SVIT Zurich, as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Domicil Foundation and holds advisory board mandates. He has been a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) since 2021.
