ISS Switzerland with new Head of HR
Olivia Oeschger most recently worked for FIFA and Zurich Insurance and will become a member of the management team at ISS Switzerland.

ISS Switzerland has appointed Olivia Oeschger as its new HR Manager. On October 1, she will take on the role of Director People & Culture and become a member of the Executive Board. Oeschger worked for Zurich Insurance for seven years and was most recently responsible for the entire employee lifecycle as Director P&C and member of the Executive Board of the FIFA Museum, where she managed central projects on cultural transformation, the digitalization of HR processes and the further development of talent, performance and communication. "Olivia Oeschger will work with her team on a data-based basis and use the existing KPI insights to actively shape the development of ISS Switzerland," writes the FM service provider.
According to ISS Switzerland, its medium-term goal is to achieve an internal promotion rate of at least 65 %. The company is also concerned with "maximum occupational safety, active appreciation management and strong visibility as an employer - both internally and externally".
ISS employs around 14,200 people in Switzerland and generated sales of CHF 901 million in 2024. ISS operates in 32 countries worldwide. (aw)
