Swiss Property: Two new additions to German investment platform
Zurich-based Swiss Property AG announces two new personnel additions for the development of its German investment platform. Nadine Kratzer (37) is now on board as Client Relations Manager, Thomas Kübler (43) as Investment Manager.
Nadine Kratzer has been working for Swiss Property Deutschland GmbH in Munich since April. Her task is to build up an institutional client platform. For the last eleven years, she worked for Catella in Munich as Head of Client Relations Institutionals. She has professional experience in building and managing institutional client relationships with a volume of €5 billion. Thomas Kübler also comes from the Swedish real estate company Catella, which operates asset management in Munich. Kübler was Head of Portfolio Management there from 2016.
Swiss Property AG, a specialist in multi-storey residential timber construction, had announced its expansion into Germany in February (IB reported). (aw)
