Swisscanto: Commercial fund launches capital increase
The issue is intended to raise up to CHF 55.5 million, in particular for acquisitions.
The «Swisscanto (CH) Real Estate Fund Responsible Swiss Commercial» will launch a capital increase of up to CHF 55.5 million in a few days. Ten existing units entitle existing shareholders to subscribe to one new unit. The subscription period runs from May 4 to 12. The proceeds from the issue will be used for acquisitions and to repay debt capital.
