Belano Group: Gerhard Demmelmair new member of the Board of Directors
The former Head of Real Estate Portfolio Management at Swiss Life will provide strategic advice to the company, which specializes in retirement homes.
On April 1, the Board of Directors of Belano Group AG elected Gerhard Demmelmair as a new member. The graduate civil engineer ETH worked as CIO and member of the Executive Board at Crowdhouse until February. In previous positions, he was Head of Portfolio & Transactions and a member of the Executive Board at Mobimo Management AG and Head of Real Estate Portfolio Management at Swiss Life Asset Managers. Demmelmair has also been a member of the Board of Directors of Zentrum Allmendhof AG, a care institution, for several years. In future, he will advise Belano on its strategic direction.
Belano Zuhause develops and operates residential concepts for senior and multi-generational living with service and security, barrier-free apartments and communal areas. Since 2017, seven locations with a total of 294 apartments have been opened under the «Belano Zuhause» brand. (aw)
