Azemos Property appoints new CIO
Christoph Jörns has been responsible for project development and portfolio management since February.
Azemos Property AG has appointed Christoph Jörns to the Executive Board as of February 1. «In his new role as Chief Investment Officer, he will assume a central role in the further development and strategic direction of the company,» writes Azemos.
Jörns holds a degree in business economics (FH) and a degree in architecture (HTL/FH). His previous management positions include Branch Manager Zurich and later Head of Business Development at Losinger Marazzi. Prior to that, he worked as Head of Acquisition in Real Estate Asset Management at Credit Suisse and in management positions at various project development and planning offices.
At Azemos Property, Jörns is responsible for project development, project realization and portfolio management. He will also be involved in the further development of new financial and investment products within the group. The appointment of Jörns underlines Azemos« aim to »further expand the project pipeline and drive forward new business areas in a targeted manner", according to the statement.
