La Foncière increases rental income by 9%
Rental income in the 2024/25 financial year exceeded the 100 million threshold for the first time.

The La Foncière real estate fund increased its rental income by 9.03 % to CHF 101.1 million in the past financial year, exceeding the CHF 100 million threshold for the first time. Net income increased from CHF 36.1 million to CHF 38.2 million and total income from CHF 88.8 million to CHF 96.4 million. This includes unrealized capital gains of CHF 58.2 million (previous year: CHF 88.8 million).
At the close of trading on September 30, the share price was CHF 159.60, up 12.8 % on the previous year. The share premium amounted to % 43.60 and remains one of the highest on the market. The dividend increased to CHF 2.65 per share and the return on investment amounted to % 6.24.
The only transaction was the purchase of the corner building in the row of houses at 89- 93 Rue de la Servette in Geneva, which La Foncière had built together with the neighboring owner. After the end of the reporting year, all 35 apartments at Route d'Oron 14b in Lausanne were let at the beginning of December. The rental space was doubled following the demolition of this building.
