Basel: Two new tenants for Intercityhaus
Colliers Switzerland announces the letting of a total of 720 square meters of space in the commercial property.
On behalf of the property owners, the Basel branch of Colliers Switzerland has secured two new tenants for the Intercityhaus at St. Jakobs-Strasse 3 in Basel. One of the tenants is the Vaudoise General Agency Basel, which opened its new location on the lower three floors in December, occupying an area of 450 square meters. The second tenant will take over the third and fourth floors with a total area of 270 sqm in spring 2026.
