Comunus SICAV plans next issue

Comunus SICAV, which recently went public, is planning a capital increase. The issue is expected to reach around CHF 30 million. The new funds will flow into the acquisition of six residential properties in the Lake Geneva region. The issue proceeds will also be used to reduce the debt ratio. The subscription period runs until December 12.
