Silvan Stöckli will take over as Head of Real Estate Transaction Management in Asset Management at Zürcher Kantonalbank on December 1. He succeeds Daniel Stoll, who is leaving Zürcher Kantonalbank at his own request after around 15 years.

Stöckli has been working in asset management at Zürcher Kantonalbank as a senior real estate transaction manager since 2023. Prior to this, he worked for five years in the acquisitions and sales team at Swiss Prime Site AG. Silvan Stöckli holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) and a Master of Advanced Studies in Real Estate (Curem) from the University of Zurich. «In connection with the upcoming expansion of the real estate transaction team, which is to be implemented by mid-2026, Silvan Stöckli will be supported as co-lead by Rafik Awad, Portfolio Manager Real Estate,» writes ZKB in a statement.

Stoll goes independent

Daniel Stoll, the previous Head of Real Estate Transaction Management, is reportedly going into business for himself. «Under his leadership, Zürcher Kantonalbank's asset management has developed into a leading player in the Swiss transaction market for investment properties,» says ZKB. The annual transaction volume now amounts to over CHF 500 million.

«Silvan Stöckli is a proven expert with extensive experience in the successful implementation of complex real estate transactions. With him, we are ensuring continuity in our excellently positioned transaction team,» says Stephan Lüthi, Head of Asset Management Real Estate at Zürcher Kantonalbank.
