Warteck Invest buys 88 apartments in Baselland
The market value of the property from the 1980s is reported to be CHF 68.7 million.
According to a press release, Warteck Invest acquired a large residential complex in the canton of Baselland on October 13. It is a family-friendly, well-developed complex built in 1982/83, according to the company. The market value of the complex with 88 apartments is CHF 68.7 million and the rental income is stated at CHF 2.1 million. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The transfer of benefits and risks is scheduled for January 1, 2026. Warteck plans to comprehensively renovate the property in the near future.
