The real estate company Mobimo has announced a change in its management organization. A separate "Acquisitions" division has been created. The Executive Board will be reduced from six to five members. Christoph Egli, the former Head of Property Management and member of the Executive Board, will be leaving Mobimo.

Under the leadership of CEO Daniel Ducrey and CFO Jörg Brunner, the three restructured positions of Real Estate, Development and Acquisitions will be filled by existing members of the Executive Board. Nadia Mastacchi, previously Head of Portfolio and Transactions, will be responsible for the new Real Estate division, which in future will include portfolio management and marketing as well as property management. Marco Tondel remains Head of Development and in this role is now also responsible for Realization. Vinzenz Manser, previously Head of Realization, will take over the newly created Acquisitions division.

The property management division will no longer be managed as an independent division at management level in future. "Christoph Egli, the previous Head of Property Management and member of the Executive Board, is leaving the Executive Board as a result of the reorganization," says the company. "He has therefore decided to seek a new challenge outside of Mobimo." He has played a key role in shaping Mobimo's property management business in recent years. "The Board of Directors and the Executive Board would like to thank him warmly for his many years of successful work."

According to the press release, the Board of Directors intends the adjustment "on the one hand
ensure that the company remains agile and successful on the real estate market and, on the other hand, that the synergy potential in operational processes is exploited even better",
announces Mobimo.
