UBS: "Siat" residential real estate fund plans issue
The next capital increase of the CHF 4 billion fund is expected to reach a volume of CHF 170 million.
UBS Fund Management (Switzerland) AG is planning the next capital increase for the real estate fund "UBS (CH) Property Fund - Swiss Residential 'Siat'". The issue is to be carried out in the order of CHF 170 million in December. The largest Swiss residential real estate fund intends to use the fresh funds to purchase properties and finance renovations and construction projects. "The fund management reserves the right to postpone the capital increase depending on market developments," the announcement states.
Total fund assets amounted to just under CHF 4.2 billion at the end of the last half-year.
