Vertina AST: Next capital raising starts in October
The investment foundation intends to raise around CHF 50 million in new funds as part of its seventh issue.
Vertina Investment Foundation is carrying out its seventh capital raising in the 4th quarter. The real estate investment foundation, which was launched in May 2022, announced that the fresh capital from the sixth issue has already been fully invested. Following the closing of two transactions in the third quarter, the portfolio now comprises nine properties - four as-new existing properties and five project developments. The market value amounts to around CHF 220 million and is almost entirely accounted for by residential properties. "The investment strategy follows a consistent value creation approach," writes Vertina. Significant added value is already created during the project development phase, which accrues in full to the investment group.
To further expand the portfolio, a capital increase with a target volume of CHF 50 million is planned from October 13 to December 22. According to the press release, the company reserves the right to increase this amount if there is sufficient demand. The capital will be used to acquire additional properties and to finance current and planned developments. The newly raised capital will be allocated directly to new construction projects. (aw)
