The five-year bond is worth CHF 150 million and bears interest at 1.35%.

The real estate company Cham Swiss Properties AG, which has been listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange since April and resulted from the merger of Cham Group AG and Ina Invest AG, has recently placed its first fixed-interest bond. With a volume of CHF 150 million and a term of five years, the coupon was reportedly 1.35%.
The capital will be used to repay loans and invest in the existing development portfolio. Zürcher Kantonalbank and UBS (Joint Lead Managers) have coordinated the placement. Application will be made for admission to listing on the SIX Swiss Exchange and payment of the bond is scheduled for October 31.
