Kriens: "Trevita Living" opens
The development in the Nidfeld district comprises managed senior apartments and is owned by Patrimonium Asset Management.
The Trevita Living development in the Nidfeld quarter at Nidfeldstrasse 2 in Kriens has been completed. According to Trevita AG from Horgen, a total of 65 senior apartments have been let. The property has a reception, cafeteria, fitness area and studios as well as 1,100 square meters of office and commercial space, which are available in the shell of the building.
Trevita Living and the B4 building complex are part of the new Nidfeld quarter in Kriens, Lucerne South. The apartments are offered together with services that are particularly tailored to senior citizens.
The investor in the property is Patrimonium Asset Management AG. Belano Betriebs AG, a subsidiary of Trevita, will operate the property.
