Kreuzlingen: HRS plans apartments at the train station
As the client and total contractor, the company is building a complex with 31 apartments and 600 square meters of commercial space.

The construction and real estate company HRS has submitted the planning application for the "Puls 8280" project in Kreuzlingen. A new building is being constructed near Kreuzlingen railroad station, between Bahnhofstrasse and Sägestrasse. The designs are being provided by Clou Architekten, which was the winner of a competition. The "staggered building blends harmoniously into the topography of Bahnhofstrasse and Sägestrasse", writes HRS in a press release. The quiet access via Sägestrasse clearly separates residential and commercial use, while the façade facing north is kept urban, while the courtyard side creates sheltered outdoor spaces with a homely atmosphere.
The building will be constructed to Minergie-P standards and will contain 31 city apartments, ranging from 2.5 to 5.5 rooms, as well as a total of 600 square meters of commercial space. The construction costs will amount to a good CHF 20 million. HRS is the client and total contractor for the project. (aw)
