The Group's building construction and real estate division recorded very significant EBIT growth - partly due to transactions - but did not quite match the previous year's sales.

Implenia increased EBIT by CHF 12.9% to CHF 57.0 million and revenue by CHF 6.6% to CHF 1.86 billion in the first half of 2025. All divisions contributed to the increase in EBIT, according to the largest Swiss construction group. The Buildings division, which now combines the building construction and real estate business, increased its EBIT from CHF 26.6 million to CHF 41.5 million. According to the information provided, building construction, the real estate transactions carried out and the investment in Cham Swiss Properties contributed to this. However, the division's turnover of CHF 871 million was below the figure for the same period in the previous year (CHF 921 million). The order backlog rose from CHF 2.39 billion to CHF 2.57 billion. Real Estate Development contributed CHF 20.8 million to EBIT and CHF 84.2 million to sales.

The Service Solutions division, which has included the real estate service provider Wincasa since April, increased its EBIT from CHF 8.7 million to CHF 9.3 million. The division's sales were slightly above the previous year's level at CHF 123 million (previous year: CHF 119 million). In the last twelve months, Wincasa has slightly increased its assets under management from CHF 82.1 billion to CHF 82.8 billion. However, Implenia notes that this figure does not yet reflect recently acquired mandates of around CHF 3 billion.

The Group as a whole continues to expect EBIT of around CHF 140 million for the year as a whole. In the medium term, the Group is aiming for an EBIT margin of over 4.5% (currently 3.1%) and an equity ratio of 25%. (aw)
