H&B Real Estate with two new additions

Thomas Schadegg has been appointed to the newly created position of Head of Construction Management at H&B Real Estate AG. According to the press release, the qualified master builder brings 30 years of entrepreneurial experience in planning, execution and construction management. "As the former owner and Chairman of the Board of Directors of his own group of companies, he has an established network in Switzerland and neighboring countries," writes H&B Real Estate. H&B intends to use his expertise to offer efficient, cost-conscious project coordination and intelligent layout planning.

At the same time, Cagri Aslan is strengthening the transaction expertise in the Basel region as Transaction Manager. The Master's graduate of the University of St. Gallen has several years of experience as a Transaction Manager and is expanding the eight-strong Zurich team. "H&B's Transactions Team is thus anchoring its expertise in Basel and offering an even deeper local network," says H&B Real Estate. Aslan's previous roles include deal manager for Crowdhouse.ch and analyst at CBRE Switzerland. (aw)
