Bonainvest: Daniel Baumann becomes CEO

The former CFO of Ina Invest will join Bonainvest Holding AG in October and take up his new position in January.

Bonainvest Holding AG announces a new phase of growth and a change at the top: Daniel Baumann has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer as of January 1, 2026. As announced by the Board of Directors of Bonainvest, Daniel Baumann will already be working as Project Manager Corporate Development and a member of the Executive Board from October. Baumann will take over the operational management of the Group "with a clear mandate to drive forward the strategic development of Bonainvest", according to the statement.

Daniel Baumann has a long and successful career in finance and real estate. As an entrepreneurial CFO, he played a key role in the successful IPO of Ina Invest AG, where he was responsible for building up a real estate portfolio to over CHF 850 million as well as several M&A transactions. Due to his expertise in capital market issues, digitalization and corporate management, the Board of Directors sees him as the "ideal person for the next growth phase of Bonainvest". According to Bonainvest, the aim is to "further expand its position as an innovative real estate developer and investor and to open up new growth prospects". (bw)
