Helvetica announces change in management
CEO Marc Giraudon will be succeeded on November 1 by Dominik Fischer, who has served as Chief Investment Officer since January of last year.

The Board of Directors of the fund management company Helvetica Property Investors AG has announced that Marc Giraudon will hand over the operational management of the company to Dominik Fischer, the current CIO, with effect from November 1. "The change in leadership is taking place as part of a planned succession plan and in close consultation between the Board of Directors and the current CEO," the company writes in a press release. Giraudon has only been the sole CEO since April 2024. He initially took over as Co-CEO in January 2024 before replacing company founder Hans Holdener as CEO the following July. The change in leadership was then completed more quickly.
"Marc Giraudon has further developed the company in a challenging market phase with great commitment and strategic clarity," the statement now reads. "The Board of Directors would like to thank him warmly for his valuable contribution." Giraudon will remain with the company as a strategic advisor.
"Commitment to local expertise"
The appointment of Fischer as the new CEO should be seen as a "commitment to local expertise and sustainable corporate development", Helvetica announced. "Dominik knows our company inside out and brings exactly the market expertise we need for the next phase of growth," says Philipp Good, Chairman of the Board of Directors. Fischer joined Helvetica in March 2022 from Nova Property Fund Management and had previously worked for his current employer from 2016 to 2019.
Dirk Adriaenssen, who is already responsible for asset management, will take over Dominik Fischer's previous responsibilities. (aw)
