Truststone: Dominicé takes over the management of the fund
The unlisted Truststone Real Estate SICAV, which was previously managed by Patrimonium, is moving to the French-speaking Swiss asset manager Dominicé.

Dominicé, based in Pully, has taken over the management of the unlisted real estate fund Truststone Real Estate SICAV. The change was approved at the Annual General Meeting on July 23, 2025. The fund was previously managed by Patrimonium Asset Management, which had been responsible for building up and diversifying the portfolio since 2020. Patrimonium will remain with the fund as a strategic advisor for a transitional period of twelve months. The fund management will remain with Solutions & Funds SA, based in Morges.
The fund is aimed exclusively at qualified investors and invests in commercial properties with long-term rental agreements or development potential, mixed-use or development properties in urban centers - primarily in French-speaking Switzerland - as well as residential properties with moderate rental prices.
At the time of the handover, the portfolio comprised 15 properties with total assets of around CHF 125.9 million. A capital increase of CHF 27.7 million was carried out at the beginning of July. Among other things, the funds were used to acquire a commercial property in Pully, which according to the fund has a gross yield of 4.99 %. A further four acquisitions of commercial properties in the canton of Vaud are currently being implemented.
Dominicé already manages the Dominicé Swiss Property Fund (DSPF). According to the press release, company founder Michel Dominicé will take a seat on the Board of Directors of Truststone. (aw)
