Truststone Real Estate SICAV is planning its next capital increase. According to a press release, the issue will take place from the end of June to the beginning of July and will raise approximately CHF 27 million. Existing shareholders will receive preferential subscription rights at a ratio of three existing shares to one new share.

The fund intends to use the fresh capital to acquire a property in western Switzerland and reduce the debt ratio. Both should help to "maintain the risk distribution and reduce the relative weight of the investment in Etoy in the portfolio". The fund is managed by Patrimonium. (aw)
