Raiffeisen: Futura fund plans next issue
The capital increase is expected to take place in late summer and raise up to CHF 50 million.
Verit Investment Management is planning a capital increase for the Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fund in late summer. According to the fund management company, this is expected to reach a volume in the region of CHF 45 to 50 million. The proceeds from the issue are earmarked for acquisitions. The funds could also be used for the development of existing properties and the repayment of borrowed capital. (aw)
