Privera with new management
The company is reorganizing its management. The most important change: CEO Michael Stucki is concentrating on tasks in the parent company. His previous role will be taken over by a dual leadership team.

At Privera AG, Tristan Fasnacht, previously Head of Property Management, and Marcel Frick, previously Head of Marketing and Construction Management, will assume the role of Co-CEO as of June 1. The previous CEO Michael Stucki will now focus on his role as Country Director Switzerland & Germany of the PHM Group, according to the press release. "He will remain closely associated with Privera AG as a member of the Board of Directors and will continue to actively support its further development together with Tristan Fasnacht and Marcel Frick as well as the entire management team," it says.
Pierre-Alain Cosendai, CFO of PHM Group Switzerland, will - like Stucki - focus more strongly on his Group-wide tasks in future.
Fastnacht remains responsible for core business
Fasnacht retains responsibility for the core business of property management and key account management. Marcel Frick is responsible for all complementary services in the areas of marketing, trading, construction management, MEG and retail & site management. He also represents Privera internally vis-à-vis PHM Switzerland AG.
Fasnacht has already been in charge of Privera's management for the past two years as a member of the Executive Board and returned to Privera after two years as Head of Commercial Facility Management at Swiss Post. Prior to that, he had already held various management positions at Privera from 2015 to 2020, including head of the Bern branch.
Frick has worked as a division manager for Privera for 10 years and was previously in charge of marketing, trading and construction management. He has been a member of the extended management team for two years. Prior to that, he worked for Livit for over ten years.
Three members of management in future
Michael Stucki, member of the Board of Directors and former CEO, comments on the appointment of Fastnacht and Frick as follows: "Their different but highly complementary character traits, skills and strengths create the basis for a dynamic and balanced management duo."
Dominique Grossen, Head of Real Estate Accounting, will now also be appointed to the three-member management team. "The company is thus recognizing the central importance of accounting in today's property management," says Privera.
As of June 1, the extended Executive Board includes Astrid Heinrich as Head of Key Account Management, Daniel André Marquart as Head of Corporate Development/Deputy Head of Property Management, Nicole Kuhn as Regional Head of Property Management Central, Gabriel Vonlanthen as Regional Head of Property Management West, Oliver Westermann as Head of Real Estate Investor Solutions and Michael Moser as Regional Head of Real Estate Accounting East.
