SFP: Bruno Kurz new member of the Executive Board
There are two personnel changes at SFP: Bruno Kurz is a new member of the Group Executive Board and Thomas Lavater has been promoted to the management of the fund subsidiary.
The Swiss Finance & Property Group has appointed Bruno Kurz to the Executive Board. He has been CEO of Swiss Finance & Property Funds AG since July. "Bruno Kurz completes the Executive Board, which previously consisted of Patrick Dobler as Group CFO, Nicolas Di Maggio as CEO of Swiss Finance & Property AG and Adrian Murer, Group CEO," the company writes in a press release.
Thomas Lavater has also succeeded Remo Thomas Marti as Head of Asset Management Real Estate Direct and member of the Executive Board of Swiss Finance & Property Funds AG as of July 2023. Lavater is taking on this role in addition to his long-standing position as Portfolio Manager of the SF Retail Properties Fund. "He has been with the SFP Group since 2016 and, as Portfolio Manager of the SF Retail Properties Fund, has contributed significantly to its growth and positioning," writes SFP. (aw)
