Mountain Resort REF SICAV closes issuance
The Mountain Resort Real Estate Fund SICAV (Swiss MRREF) has raised CHF 13.07 million in a capital increase.
The proceeds of the issue will mainly be used to finance the construction of a vacation resort in the municipality of Hérémence (VS) and the expansion of the vacation resort in the municipality of Brigels (GR). The fund is managed by Solufonds SA from Morges. (aw)
