Ecology and economy in harmony
In the north of the city of Geneva, the "Côté Parc" district will be built in the next few years. Thanks to the comprehensive energy solution, owners and users alike will benefit from attractive conditions and a high level of reliability.

Petit-Saconnex has been part of the city of Geneva for more than 90 years. The neighborhood is strongly characterized by a five-hectare park, which serves as a recreation area and meeting zone. Directly adjacent to the park are the buildings of the "Maison de Retraite du Petit-Saconnex", which offers a variety of living and care options for elderly people. This area will now be upgraded within the next few years by extending an existing building and adding three new buildings. The aim of the "Côté Parc" project is to create a sustainable neighborhood for different uses and user groups. Realization of the project began in September 2021, with completion scheduled for 2023.
ewz is responsible for the entire energy supply of the new site. Via a contracting model with a term of 40 years, the company plans, finances, implements and operates the energy infrastructure and services for "Côté Parc". This includes the supply of heating, cooling, and electricity from renewable energies, as well as electromobility, photovoltaic systems, and the connection for self-consumption (ZEV), including individual electricity billing to the tenants.
