Mobimo launches capital increase
The subscription period for Mobimo's capital increase has begun. The real estate company expects gross proceeds of CHF 162 million.
Mobimo intends to use the fresh capital to continue its growth strategy and the realization of its development projects. "We have a development pipeline filled with promising projects in attractive locations," says CEO Daniel Ducrey. The real estate company intends to realize a significant part of these projects for its own investment portfolio in the coming years. "Investments in projects for the investment portfolio amount to around CHF 200 million until 2024."
Specifically, up to 660,154 new registered shares will be issued, corresponding to 10% of Mobimo Holding AG shares issued today. Mobimo will offer the new shares to its existing shareholders during the subscription period from April 25 to May 3, 2022. In this context, shareholders will be allocated one subscription right per registered share, and ten subscription rights entitle them to acquire one offer share at a price of CHF 245.00. The issue thus has a volume of CHF 162 million. (ah)
