Hotelbusiness Zug gets a new director
Irene Gangwisch will take over the operational management of Hotelbusiness Zug from Stefan Gareis as of February next year. This is announced by the Zug Estates Group.
Irene Gangwisch will be the new director of Hotelbusiness Zug AG (HBZ), managing the Parkhotel Zug and the City Garden Hotel. The 49-year-old brings with her sound and extensive experience in the hotel and gastronomy sectors, writes Zug Estates in a statement. Gangwisch has been General Manager of the traditional 4-star Sorell Hotel Zürichberg for the past three years, and before that she was Managing Director and Board Delegate of the Alpin Trend Hotel & Gastro Group, as well as Director of the Hotel Lenzerhorn Spa & Wellness in Lenzerheide.
Gangwisch succeeds Stefan Gareis, who wants to take on a new challenge after almost 20 years at the helm of HBZ. Gareis will hand over the management of the company to Gangwisch at the end of January 2022. (ah)
