Valres: Capital increase for Valres Swiss Residential Fund
Valres Fund Management AG intends to conduct an issue for the Valres Swiss Residential Fund in November 2016.
Detailed information on the transaction such as volume, issue price and subscription ratio are not yet known. The capital increase will be carried out in compliance with the subscription rights of existing shareholders, Valres says. The issue proceeds are to be used for the further expansion of the real estate portfolio. (ah)
