Investis prevede una spesa fiscale significativamente inferiore per l'esercizio in corso, il che \u00e8 dovuto all'ulteriore rilascio di imposte differite nella misura menzionata.<\/p>\n<p>Questo effetto speciale deriva dall'annuncio del cantone di Vaud il 1\u00b0 novembre di attuare la riforma dell'imposta sulle societ\u00e0 a livello cantonale all'inizio del 2019. La riforma era gi\u00e0 stata approvata dall'elettorato vodese nel 2016 e fissa l'aliquota dell'imposta sulle societ\u00e0 al 13,79 (2018: 20,95) per cento a partire dal 1\u00b0 gennaio 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Investis ha un portafoglio esistente di immobili del valore di circa 300 milioni nel cantone di Vaud, che corrisponde a poco meno del 30% del portafoglio totale, secondo la
