Tuttavia, questo studio non fornisce alcun dato sulla presunta portata del riciclaggio di denaro nel mercato immobiliare svizzero, afferma SVIT Svizzera. Piuttosto, si basa su \"speculazioni\" e sostiene \"parallelismi con i mercati immobiliari stranieri\". Il fatto \u00e8 che non ci sono indicazioni affidabili sul \"numero di casi non denunciati nel mercato immobiliare svizzero\". Raccomanda anche ai suoi membri di non accettare contanti in relazione a transazioni immobiliari o di mediare transazioni che coinvolgono contanti. Le transazioni finanziarie legate alle transazioni immobiliari dovrebbero essere gestite dall'acquirente o dal venditore attraverso un'istituzione finanziaria svizzera. I severi requisiti per gli intermediari finanziari garantiscono il rispetto dell'obbligo di diligenza e un'estensione della legislazione sul riciclaggio di denaro non \u00e8 quindi consigliabile, continua il rapporto. Questo \"porterebbe a duplicazioni senza alcun beneficio apparente\", dice la SVIT Svizzera.<\/p>\n<p>Transparency International denuncia inoltre che nel mercato immobiliare svizzero i prezzi d'acquisto sono certificati come troppo bassi o troppo alti. L'associazione sottolinea che questo reato \u00e8 gi\u00e0 punibile oggi. Tutto sommato, tutte le conclusioni e le misure richieste dall'organizzazione non sono \"altro che richieste politicamente motivate di ulteriore regolamentazione di un settore economico funzionante\".
