Un anno prima, c'erano 237.000 mq di superficie sfitta, di cui 193.000 mq erano uffici o studi. Sebbene quest'anno ci siano stati meno uffici vuoti rispetto all'anno precedente, gli spazi sfitti sono stati leggermente pi\u00f9 numerosi in tutte le categorie d'uso. L'aumento della superficie commerciale \u00e8 stato notevole, con un incremento di 7.000 mq, secondo i dati della Statistik Stadt Z\u00fcrich.<\/p>\n<p>Si sono verificati cambiamenti significativi nella distribuzione geografica degli uffici sfitti, prosegue il rapporto. Mentre la maggior parte dei quartieri della citt\u00e0 ha registrato una diminuzione degli uffici sfitti, in linea con lo sviluppo generale della citt\u00e0, un aumento significativo \u00e8 stato osservato a Seebach. Il tasso di uffici vacanti \u00e8 aumentato di 11.000 unit\u00e0, raggiungendo i 45.000 metri quadrati. Un metro quadro su quattro di uffici pubblicizzati in citt\u00e0 si trova a Seebach. D'altra parte, ad Altstetten, Escher Wyss, Alt-Wiedikon e Oerlikon sono stati contati molti meno spazi sfitti rispetto all'anno precedente.<\/p>\n<p>Il censimento degli spazi vuoti \u00e8 stato introdotto dalla Statistik Stadt Z\u00fcrich nel 1995; non esiste a livello federale. Vengono censiti tutti i proprietari e le amministrazioni di edifici con una superficie utile di 500 mq o pi\u00f9. Il registro degli edifici tenuto dalla Statistik Stadt Z\u00fcrich funge da fonte. Per \"sfitto\" si intende uno spazio pubblicizzato per l'affitto permanente (per almeno tre mesi) o per la vendita al 1\u00b0 giugno dell'anno in esame, e che era immediatamente disponibile per l'uso, anche se l'uso previsto dello spazio non era ancora stato determinato o era stato determinato solo parzialmente.
