In tutta la Svizzera, nel periodo di riferimento compreso tra il 1\u00b0 luglio 2016 e il 30 giugno 2017, sono stati offerti su piattaforme internet circa 67.600 condomini. Ci\u00f2 rappresenta un aumento dell'offerta di circa il 3% rispetto all'anno precedente.<\/p>\n<p>Il tempo medio necessario per pubblicizzare un condominio, invece, \u00e8 aumentato di undici giorni, passando a 103 giorni. Questo aumento sproporzionato del periodo di inserimento, con un pi\u00f9 dodici per cento, indica una diminuzione della domanda di condomini, secondo Ilg. L'analisi delle singole regioni e citt\u00e0 mostra che \"in alcuni casi i mercati della Svizzera tedesca si sono rilassati in modo massiccio\", mentre la domanda di condomini \u00e8 in ripresa in Ticino e nella regione di Ginevra. Nella regione di Zurigo, secondo l'OHMA, \u00e8 stato possibile trovare un acquirente per un condominio dopo una media di 74 giorni. Nella Svizzera orientale sono stati necessari in media 119 giorni per la vendita.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I condomini di Ginevra pi\u00f9 costosi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I condomini pi\u00f9 economici possono essere acquistati a San Gallo e Berna: in media per 6.100 e 6.500 franchi\/mq rispettivamente. Secondo l'OHMA, la spesa maggiore si \u00e8 registrata nelle citt\u00e0 di Ginevra e Zurigo: rispettivamente 13.500 e 12.100 CHF\/mq. Un appartamento medio con 4,5 stanze e 120 mq di superficie abitabile costa quindi 780.000 (Berna), 807.000 (San Gallo), 1,365 milioni (Zurigo) e 1,49 milioni (Ginevra).<\/p>\n<p>Secondo Ilg, inoltre, le vendite pi\u00f9 rapide sono state quelle di condomini piccoli e poco costosi. In quasi tutte le citt\u00e0 prese in esame, gli immobili con una o due stanze e mezzo offerti a meno di 500.000 hanno avuto il periodo di inserimento pi\u00f9 breve. Gli appartamenti pi\u00f9 grandi e costosi di solito dovevano essere pubblicizzati per un periodo molto pi\u00f9 lungo.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ulteriori risultati dell'attuale \"Analisi del mercato
