Nel cantone di Turgovia, gli affitti sono rimasti invariati rispetto al mese precedente. I cantoni di Lucerna (-0,17%), Argovia (-0,45%), Ticino (-0,19%), Ginevra e Vaud (-0,24%) hanno registrato un calo degli affitti.<\/p>\n<p>Come riportano Homegate e la Z\u00fcrcher Kantonalbank (ZKB), gli affitti in Svizzera hanno raggiunto il livello pi\u00f9 alto nella primavera del 2016. Nell'estate 2016, gli affitti sono diminuiti in modo significativo, per poi stabilizzarsi nella seconda met\u00e0 dello scorso anno. Nella prima met\u00e0 del 2017, sia i permessi di costruzione che le richieste di costruzione di appartamenti sono stati leggermente inferiori all'anno precedente, ma ancora a un livello storicamente elevato.
