Secondo i promotori, lo SREOI \u00e8 il primo indice edonico al mondo che viene calcolato e aggiornato in tempo reale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Propriet\u00e0: 3,2% pi\u00f9 caro nel corso dell'anno<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Di conseguenza, i condomini sono diventati pi\u00f9 cari dello 0,5% a luglio, il che, secondo Martin Waeber, direttore di ImmoScout24, pu\u00f2 essere visto come una normalizzazione. A giugno, i prezzi in questa categoria erano ancora aumentati di quasi tre punti percentuali. Su base annuale, lo SREOI mostra un aumento del 3,2 per cento per i condomini. La Svizzera centrale ha registrato le maggiori riduzioni rispetto al mese precedente, con meno 1,3 punti percentuali. L'aumento maggiore \u00e8 stato registrato in Ticino con pi\u00f9 1,5 per cento, seguito dalla regione del Lago di Ginevra con un aumento dello 0,9 per
