Il numero di appartamenti sfitti \u00e8 passato da 348 a 440. Tuttavia, 102 degli appartamenti sfitti alla data di riferimento avevano gi\u00e0 un contratto di affitto o di acquisto per una data successiva.<\/p>\n<p>Il tasso di sfitto riguarda soprattutto gli immobili residenziali pi\u00f9 vecchi: 144 dei 440 appartamenti sfitti sono stati costruiti prima del 1947, mentre 262 risalgono al periodo compreso tra il 1947 e il 2014. Solo 34 appartamenti vuoti sono stati registrati in edifici costruiti nel 2015 o successivamente.<\/p>\n<p>L'affitto per circa il 26% degli immobili sfitti \u00e8 inferiore a 1.000 franchi, per il 57,5% \u00e8 compreso tra 1.001 e 2.000 franchi e il 15,5% costa pi\u00f9 di 2.000 franchi al mese.<\/p>\n<p>La maggior parte degli appartamenti sfitti si trova nel distretto di B\u00fcmpliz-Oberbottigen, dove sono sfitti 135 appartamenti (tasso di sfitto: 0,80%). Seguono il distretto Mattenhof-Weissenb\u00fchl (0,62%) con 107 appartamenti e il distretto Kirchenfeld-Schosshalde con 83 appartamenti (0,60%). Il minor numero di appartamenti sfitti si trova nei quartieri di Breitenrain-Lorraine (58 appartamenti, 0,39%), L\u00e4nggasse-Felsenau (38 appartamenti, 0,35%) e Innere Stadt (19 appartamenti, 0,66%).<\/p>\n<h2>250 locali commerciali sono vuoti, di cui circa la met\u00e0 sono uffici<\/h2>\n<p>Il conteggio degli spazi di lavoro sfitti effettuato dalla Statistik Stadt Bern ha mostrato che 250 locali commerciali con una superficie totale di circa 113.000 mq sono sfitti. Mentre il numero di spazi lavorativi liberi \u00e8 aumentato di 68 unit\u00e0 rispetto all'anno precedente, lo spazio disponibile \u00e8 diminuito di ben 19.000 mq. Otto sedi con spazi liberi particolarmente ampi, pari o superiori a 3.000 mq, rappresentano circa la met\u00e0 dei posti liberi totali nel settore degli spazi di lavoro.<\/p>\n<p>Dei 250 immobili censiti, 118 appartengono alla categoria uffici e studi con una superficie totale di quasi 70.000 mq. 81 immobili sfitti sono magazzini con una superficie totale di poco meno di 25.000 mq, 21 sono locali di vendita (3.300 mq) e altri dieci sono laboratori e locali produttivi (7.100 mq). Dodici locali commerciali per un totale di 3.000 m\u00b2 sono gi\u00e0 stati affittati o venduti per una data successiva alla data di riferimento.<\/p>\n<p>Secondo il censimento, il distretto di Kirchenfeld-Schosshalde \u00e8 quello con il maggior numero di spazi lavorativi liberi (52.000 mq), seguito da B\u00fcmpliz-Oberbottigen (20.000 mq), Mattenhof- Weissenb\u00fchl (17.000 mq), Innere Stadt (10.000 mq) e Breitenrain-Lorraine (10.200 mq).
