Il calo pi\u00f9 forte l'anno scorso \u00e8 stato quello degli spazi per uffici vacanti, che sono diminuiti di un ulteriore 19 per cento.<\/p>\n<p>Il rapporto sul mercato degli uffici di CSL Immobilien AG conferma Basilea come un caso speciale, scrive il Dipartimento dell'economia. Rispetto alle citt\u00e0 di Zurigo, Ginevra e Berna, la citt\u00e0 di Basilea ha ora la pi\u00f9 bassa offerta di spazi per uffici disponibili. La situazione tesa sul mercato immobiliare commerciale rende sempre pi\u00f9 difficile per le aziende trovare immobili adatti, mentre allo stesso tempo ci sono diverse opportunit\u00e0 di investimento per gli investitori sul mercato immobiliare commerciale del cantone. Un allentamento della situazione nel mercato immobiliare commerciale non \u00e8 in vista a breve termine, continua il rapporto.
