Z\u00fcblin prevede un flusso di cassa netto in entrata di 55 milioni dalla transazione, che sar\u00e0 reinvestito. Il portafoglio immobiliare tedesco \u00e8 iscritto a bilancio per 167,8 milioni.<\/p>\n<p>Come riporta ancora Z\u00fcblin, l'EBIT \u00e8 stato pari a 5,8 milioni. L'utile al lordo delle imposte delle attivit\u00e0 continuative in Svizzera \u00e8 aumentato del 4,4 a 3,8 milioni (anno precedente: -0,6 milioni).<\/p>\n<p>Il valore di mercato del portafoglio svizzero \u00e8 di 198,5 milioni di euro, l'1,3% in pi\u00f9 rispetto all'anno precedente. Il tasso di sfitto complessivo delle propriet\u00e0 svizzere \u00e8 migliorato di due punti percentuali, attestandosi al 10,6% al 31 marzo 2017, con il tasso di sfitto persistentemente elevato della propriet\u00e0 \"Arco West\" che ha abbassato in particolare il tasso.
