A tal fine, gli impianti di produzione dell'azienda saranno modernizzati e concentrati, mentre altre aziende manifatturiere, start-up, istituti di formazione e di ricerca e utenti legati all'industria del settore commerciale e dei servizi si troveranno sul sito. Secondo V-ZUG, il sito industriale attualmente chiuso deve diventare un \"ecosistema per l'innovazione e la produzione nel settore tecnologico\". Inoltre, sar\u00e0 creato uno spazio residenziale.<\/p>\n<p>Il consiglio comunale di Zugo accoglie con favore i piani della Metall Zug AG. \u00c8 stato elaborato un \"Zug Technology Cluster Area Plan\", che crea le condizioni per il nuovo sito industriale. Questo include gli adeguamenti necessari al regolamento edilizio e al piano di zonizzazione, al piano di sviluppo e al rapporto di impatto ambientale.<\/p>\n<h2>Sono possibili anche edifici alti<\/h2>\n<p>Il piano di sviluppo si estende da Baarerstrasse via Industriestrasse a Oberallmendstrasse e da G\u00f6blistrasse via Ahornstrasse a Grienbachstrasse. Il sito si trova nella zona di densificazione del piano strutturale cantonale e copre una superficie di poco meno di 83.000 metri quadrati. Il piano di sviluppo prevede otto cantieri.<\/p>\n<p>Da un lato, le linee di confine e le altezze massime possibili sono definite per ogni area, e dall'altro, un volume massimo possibile di costruzione \u00e8 definito per tutte le aree insieme. Secondo le informazioni della citt\u00e0 di Zugo, questo ammonta a 990.000 metri cubi. Almeno un terzo \u00e8 riservato alla produzione e alla logistica. Inoltre, sono previsti altri usi per servizi, commercio e appartamenti. Sono permessi edifici alti fino a un'altezza di 50 metri. Un singolo edificio sulla Baarerstrasse pu\u00f2 avere un'altezza massima di 60 metri. Le specifiche di altezza corrispondono allo stato attuale del regolamento edilizio comunale. I concorsi di architettura sono obbligatori per tutti i futuri edifici del sito.<\/p>\n<p>Il Consiglio comunale di Zugo dovrebbe discutere il \"Technology Cluster Area Plan\" in una prima lettura nell'autunno di quest'anno.
