Il portafoglio consiste principalmente in edifici residenziali nel cantone di Berna e nel Mittelland. Il fondo \u00e8 anche rappresentato nei cantoni di Argovia, Friburgo e Zurigo, cos\u00ec come in altre regioni.<\/p>\n<p>Ora verranno emessi fino a 200.000 nuovi certificati azionari di Immo Helvetic, il che porterebbe il numero di certificati azionari in circolazione a 4,2 milioni. L'aumento di capitale sar\u00e0 effettuato in giugno, e il pagamento delle nuove azioni \u00e8 fissato per il 30 giugno 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Durante il periodo di sottoscrizione, gli attuali detentori di quote possono acquistare nuove quote del fondo immobiliare in base ai loro diritti di sottoscrizione.
