In questo modo, il consiglio governativo vuole fermare l'espansione urbana e proteggere le terre coltivate. Allo stesso tempo, vuole mantenere o migliorare la qualit\u00e0 dell'area di insediamento. Tuttavia, in casi ben motivati, la suddivisione in zone dovrebbe continuare a essere possibile, soprattutto nelle localit\u00e0 centrali e nei centri regionali.<\/p>\n<p>Con la decisione del Consiglio di Governo, il Piano strutturale \u00e8 valido per i Comuni con effetto immediato. Ora devono attuare il piano strutturale nella loro pianificazione locale.
