Il fondo intende utilizzare il ricavato per acquistare un portafoglio immobiliare di 14 immobili per un valore di mercato di 300 milioni di franchi. Gli immobili sono distribuiti in dieci cantoni e sono di propriet\u00e0 della Basilese Vita SA. La transazione, nell'ambito di un trasferimento di attivit\u00e0, \u00e8 soggetta ai requisiti normativi e all'autorizzazione della Finma. Tuttavia, tale autorizzazione non \u00e8 ancora stata concessa.<\/p>\n<h3>Previste anche vendite<\/h3>\n<p>La differenza tra il valore di mercato del portafoglio immobiliare e i proventi dell'aumento di capitale previsto sar\u00e0 coperta \u00abattraverso dismissioni nel senso di un'ottimizzazione del portafoglio e attraverso un capitale di debito aggiuntivo\u00bb.
