Nel centro cittadino verranno costruiti appartamenti e spazi commerciali e lo spazio pubblico verr\u00e0 riqualificato. Le propriet\u00e0 esistenti sulla Untere Bahnhofstrasse, con i numeri civici 19 e 21, saranno sostituite da 77 appartamenti, spazi per la ristorazione e la vendita al dettaglio, nonch\u00e9 da un'area verde ricreativa e di incontro.<\/p>\n<p>Le propriet\u00e0 esistenti in Untere Bahnhofstrasse 19 e 21 risalgono agli anni Sessanta. Nel 1993 \u00e8 stato elaborato un piano di progettazione per l'attuale sviluppo residenziale e commerciale. Uno degli obiettivi: La Linthplatz, di fronte al parcheggio comunale, doveva essere ridisegnata come un luogo attraente per incontrarsi e trascorrere il tempo. Lungo le strade limitrofe sono allo studio interventi di riqualificazione del traffico pedonale per migliorare il collegamento tra la stazione ferroviaria e il centro storico.<\/p>\n<p>Tra le altre cose, si sta pensando di realizzare un nuovo marciapiede sulla Merkurstrasse e di riqualificare l'area pedonale lungo la Bahnhofstrasse inferiore con un filare di alberi. Al piano terra del Cityhof sono previste destinazioni d'uso pubbliche, come un caff\u00e8 e spazi commerciali, che contribuiranno a creare un quartiere vivace e a rafforzare ulteriormente il centro citt\u00e0. Gli appartamenti previsti sono disposti intorno a un cortile interno verde al primo piano del complesso.<\/p>\n<p>I progetti per il \u00abCityhof\u00bb sono stati realizzati dallo studio Galli Rudolf Architekten. Si sono aggiudicati il primo posto in un concorso <a href=\"https:\/\/www.immobilienbusiness.ch\/it\/ib\/2024-01-24\/rapperswil-sg-galli-rudolf-bauen-fuer-anlagegruppe-der-spa\/\" target=\"_blank\"
